Hamilton Rod & Gun is a great place to host your function. The Pavilion, as well as the Club House, are perfect for weddings, reunions, wedding and baby showers, anniversaries, birthday parties, etc.
Hamilton Rod & Gun Club can accommodate your corporate function on weekdays as well as weekends. Business meetings, demonstrations, training, annual picnics, banquets, clambakes and barbecues can all be hosted here. Our Pavilion overlooks a large grassy field and beautiful pond where wildlife is abundant, the view is serene, and the air is fresh. We provide you with the perfect environment and full bar in both facilities.

Check the calendar to see if the date you want is available and then contact the club at one of the methods listed below. The Club is not available for rentals on holiday weekends.
Rental Fees:
The Clubhouse is open year-round and can hold up to 98 people.
Club House Fee: $200.00 plus tax
The Pavilion is seasonal and is open from May 1st to October 1st.
Pavilion Fee: $400.00 plus tax
Corporations can rent either facility for the day.
Corporate Day Fee: $600 plus tax
Member rates are available to members in good standing after completing ten (10) work hours.
There is a refundable $100.00 cleaning/damage deposit for rental of either facility if you setup and cleanup your own party.
Rental fees do not include monitoring/bartender fees. TIPS-certified bartenders are provided by the Club.
Before a date and facility can be reserved you must sign a rental contract, pay all fees and provide the cleaning/damage deposit.
