The General Membership meets each month on the first Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the clubhouse. Board and Officer Nominations take place at the September meeting, with elections held at the October meeting. Only one member from a Family/Sr. Family membership can vote.
New applicants are required to attend this course. Applications will be available at the meeting. Payment will be collected at the meeting. Cash, Check or Credit Cards are accepted. Please RSVP so we know to expect you.
Class Format
Kids are welcome to attend with you.
NOTE: Part of the class involves visiting our outdoor ranges please dress appropriately for spending time outside.

A $10.00 dues increase was approved at the December 2022 General Membership meeting. The rate was increased by $5.00 on January 1, 2023 and a second $5.00 increase on January 1, 2024.
Membership Classes
Adult ~ Person who is between the age of eighteen (18) and sixty-four (64) at the time of application or renewal. Family~ Two (2) Adults (between the age of eighteen (18) and sixty-four (64)), and all Children under the age fifteen (15), within that household at the time of application or renewal. Senior Adult~ Available to those persons sixty-five (65) years of age or older. Senior Family~ Two (2) Adults, one (1) of whom is sixty-five (65) or older and all children under the age eighteen (18) within that household at the time of application or renewal.
Starting July 1, 2017, Hamilton Rod & Gun Club will require members to complete the HRGC Range Certification Course (RCC) before being granted access to the shooting and archery ranges. Certification of existing members will be an ongoing process and must be completed by July 1, 2018.
If you would like to attend, it would be helpful to us for planning purposes for you to RSVP. This will ensure that we have enough printed materials and coffee/donuts available for everyone.
These courses are held the second Saturday of each month in conjunction with the new member orientation. The Range Certification Course takes place first and then current members are dismissed and we continue the orientation with just the new members.
The Membership Committee will be available for renewals, membership/key card pickup or to answer your questions.
